THE STORY

I've been curious about how life really works for as long as I can remember.

As a child, I believed there was something extraordinary to discover about being alive. I sensed that the answers weren't necessarily found in what other people told us, but in something deeper within ourselves.

That curiosity has shaped my life, my education, and my work.

Today, I guide people in recognizing the wisdom that has always been theirs—and discovering what changes when they begin living from it.

I thought the secrets of life would be revealed on my birthday.

When I was little, I believed that every birthday would bring me closer to understanding how life really works. What I didn't know was how that childhood expectation would eventually become part of my own story.

One of my childhood birthdays. I'm second from the left, still waiting for life's mysteries to be revealed.

A LIFE'S WORK

A lifelong curiosity became a life's work.

My curiosity about human experience eventually led me to earn a Ph.D. in transpersonal psychology, deepening my understanding of consciousness, wisdom traditions, and the extraordinary nature of being human.

My professional work began with individuals and organizations, helping people recognize their own capacities and create meaningful change. Over time, I came to see how even the smallest shifts in perspective could transform the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and our work.

Today, that understanding informs everything I do—from private conversations and leadership advisory to live gatherings, writing, and my podcast, Wise.

The form may change, but the essence remains the same: helping people recognize their own wisdom and live from it.

THE INVITATION

The conversation continues.

My work takes many forms, but the invitation remains the same: to recognize the wisdom within us and discover what becomes available when we live from it.
